Health360
Health, seen sooner. And explained.
Clinical decision support in development, with a patient app. The physician gathers 12 body systems and 75 tests in a single record, calculates risk with published models and confirms every report before it reaches the patient. In the app the patient sees only reports the physician confirmed; diet and exercise guidance, each piece linked to the study it comes from, will follow once a clinician has approved it.
01 The problem
Where it starts
The data that tells the story of a person’s health stays scattered across tests, specialists and medical history, and the advice patients receive rarely says where it comes from. Health360 brings everything into a single record for the physician and gives the patient only what the physician has confirmed, and sourced guidance only after a clinician has approved it.
02 What it does
How it works
- Multi-system record12 body systems and 75 tests in one record: cardiovascular, neurological, metabolic, haematological, respiratory, oral, ocular, dermatological, musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal, renal and reproductive. Every parameter has its reference range, where one exists.
- 10-year cardiovascular riskThe CUORE model from Italy’s National Institute of Health, derived from Italian cohorts, and ASCVD (AHA/ACC), with the authors’ original coefficients. Every result states its model and derivation cohort.
- Pre-operative moduleFive published scales (mFI-5, RCRI, ARISCAT, SORT, P-POSSUM) from routine tests. Missing data never becomes reassurance: a low class is never stated if the missing data could make it higher. A first observational study is in preparation with a university centre.
- Advice with a sourceEvery piece of advice starts from PubMed studies, every citation is verified and an adversarial review looks for reasons not to give it. No piece of advice reaches a patient before a clinician approves it: none has yet. The engine is rule-based, readable by the physician line by line.
- The patient appReports confirmed by the physician, tests uploaded from the phone, appointments and three separate consents (research and automated reading can be withdrawn in the app). Installs like an app, with an access code from the physician.
- The physician decidesNo report reaches the patient without the physician’s confirmation, and it stays exactly as confirmed.
