Who processes your data
The data controller is Arcano Zero – AI Lab S.r.l., VAT IT18432281006, registered office at Via Alessandro Torlonia 16, 00161 Rome, Italy, certified email arcanozero@legalmail.it. For any privacy question, write to privacy@arcanozero.it.
Which data
- Browsing data. Like any website, the server records technical data such as IP address, browser, operating system, requested page and time. It is needed to run the site and keep it secure.
- Data you send us. The contact form sends nothing to our servers: it prepares an email in your mail app. We only receive what you decide to send us, that is name, email, company and message.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Running and protecting the site: legitimate interest.
- Answering your requests: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
- Managing any business relationship with you: contract and legal obligations.
We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we never sell it.
Who we share it with
Authorised Arcano Zero staff and the suppliers that help us provide the service, appointed as processors under Article 28 GDPR: the site’s hosting (Vercel Inc.), the jsDelivr distribution network for fonts and libraries, and the email service. If a supplier processes data outside the European Union, the transfer relies on the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Technical logs: up to 24 months.
- Messages received: 12 months, unless a business relationship follows.
- Contractual and tax data: 10 years, as required by law.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, or object to processing. Write to privacy@arcanozero.it: we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), Piazza Venezia 11, Rome, garanteprivacy.it.
Cookies
The site uses no profiling or analytics cookies: it only stores a few technical items in your browser, which need no consent. The full list is in the cookie policy.
Security and changes
The site is served over HTTPS only and access to data is limited to those who need it. We may update this notice: the valid version is always the one published on this page.
