Use of the site

By visiting the site you accept these terms. The site presents Arcano Zero’s activity, products and services: its content is for information only and is not a contractual offer. Product terms, prices and availability are those stated on each product’s website and in client contracts.

Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, card illustrations, logo, animations and code belong to Arcano Zero – AI Lab S.r.l. or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright law. The Arcano Zero name and logo are the subject of a trademark application. They may not be copied, modified or used commercially without written permission. You may quote and share the content, citing the source with a link to the site.

Product names (Health360, Nidoom, AIkademia, Once Upon a Time, LexClaw, StartApp Toolbox, PMAI, CASAM Academy, QuarterTales, OralAI, TechItEasy) identify projects of Arcano Zero or built with its partners. Fonts and open source libraries are used under their respective licences.

The oracle

The tarot reading on the home page is a game. Answers are randomly generated from pre-written texts, do not analyse your situation and are not business, financial, legal or any other kind of advice. The question you type stays in your browser and is not sent to us or to third parties.

Health and legal products

The descriptions of Health360 and OralAI are not medical advice: Health360 is a clinical decision support system, not a certified medical device, and does not make diagnoses. The descriptions of LexClaw are not legal advice.

Liability

We prepare the content carefully and update it regularly, but cannot guarantee it is always complete, accurate or current. To the extent permitted by law, Arcano Zero is not liable for damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its information, nor for interruptions or technical errors.

The site links to our products’ websites and to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.
